Description:

Markowitz and Kerr founded CACI to provide consulting services and training to users of the SIMSCRIPT logistical simulation program which was developed at RAND Corporation and placed in public domain through SHARE. CACI subsequently developed and marketed a proprietary version of SIMSCRIPT, a version of which is still sold by CACI today.
